Our Model
What’s the difference between Partnership and a Full Franchise?
We believe we have the best all round solution for ambitious people who want to run their own estate agency, with all the support and tools you will need. We offer both Partnership (Self-Employed) and full Franchise options.
Partnership – Is a great way to get started with zero costs and a guaranteed monthly income, offset with a lower share of your sales revenue.
Franchise – When more established a full franchise removes the income “safety net” and incurs costs. You will however receive a much bigger share of your sales revenue.
Q: What’s included in the model?
When you partner with Simpsons Property Experts you will receive all the tools you need to get your business off the ground including your first set of marketing materials, for sale boards, website and social media pages. But the support doesn’t stop there, we will be with you every step of the way and you will have access to everything you need including a CRM and industry leading technology including Acaboom and Sprift.
Q: What training is available?
We have created a Blueprint for Launching and Growing a Local Estate Agency which you can refer to in the early days. You will have access to online training and personal coaching on all aspects of growing your business. We also believe in sharing success and what works, so we have created an environment where you will be encouraged to speak to other Business Owners about what is working for them.
Q: How much money will I earn?
Whilst the earning potential outweighs that of an employed Estate Agent, what you personally earn will depend on how successful you are and how much time, effort and investment you put back into your business. We will help you with business planning and give you all the tools you need to be successful and create a financially rewarding business and lifestyle.
Financial
What does it cost to become a Simpsons Property Experts Partner?
Nothing! We provide everything you will need to launch, grow, and own a successful Estate Agency – including Great Technology, Marketing Support, Training and Business Coaching as well as access to our Blueprint for success.
Do you help generate valuations?
We will provide you with the tools and know-how to generate valuations – Including Training, Marketing Templates, Social Media Strategies and ValPal (An Online Valuation and Prospecting Tool). However you will be responsible for proactively building your stock and there is no better way to introduce your brand than canvassing in person.
Do I need an office?
Simpsons Property Experts has been designed as a ‘Hybrid’ Estate Agency model which means you are not required to operate from an expensive High Street premises and the technology you will have access to will allow you to service your customers on the go 24/7. However, if you did wish to operate from an office, you will have full access to one of our existing high street locations.
Can I sell my Franchise?
When you have grown your business sufficiently, we will discuss moving to a Franchise Model under which you will own your Franchise of Simpsons Property Experts and will have a Franchise Agreement in place. If you ever decided to sell your Franchise, we will work with you to find a buyer who is willing to purchase it.

How Much Experience Do I need To Become A Simpsons Property Expert?
We work with Estate Agents of all experience levels including people who have worked in the industry many years to ambitious agents who have demonstrated they have the skills, knowledge and motivation to build a successful business.
What services will I be able to provide to my customers?
As a Full Service Estate Agency – Simpsons Property Experts Partners offer Residential Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services and Conveyancing.
Can I hire my own staff and build a team?
Once you get to a level of business where you feel that there is a need for more people to service your customers, we will support you to find and train the right person to keep driving your business forward.
Can I choose the area that I operate in?
As part of your Partnership Agreement, you will operate in a set postcode area. If available, your chosen postcode area will be exclusive to you and this will be agreed prior to joining us.
Financial
What financial assistance do you offer to help Start-up the Business?
We looked at other models and found that some required financial input upfront, but all needed you to support yourself for upto 6 months before income from your pipeline started to come through.
We recognise that moving from employment to self employment with those restrictions could be difficult, if not impossible for most people. Our objective is to make it possible by providing a stable monthly income in return for a larger share of your sales revenue. However when you reach a level of sales and confidence in your business we will be happy to offer you a full franchise agreement, giving you a much larger share and full business ownership.
