Simpsons Property Experts has been created from Northamptonshire’s most successful Sales and Lettings Estate Agents. Our group, founded in 1998 by Andrew Simpson and later joined by partner Mark Weekley has become a market leading agent in the industry with a proven track record of success. We provide a recognised network of estate and lettings agents across Northamptonshire.

What is the difference between an SPE Franchise and the Self Employed Model

The biggest difference with our Franchise option versus the Self-Employed model is that you will genuinely own your business and it is our job to help you grow it to become an asset that if you ever decided to sell the business you could do so.
What does it cost to buy a Simpsons Property Experts Franchise?
Like everything, we suggest you don’t just look at the cost of buying the Franchise but consider what you get for that money. Our Franchise Fee includes everything you will need to launch, grow, and own a successful Estate Agency – including Great Technology, Marketing Support, Training and Business Coaching as well as access to our Blueprint for success. We can also help you with your initial financing of your business.
